📢 Annual Election Notice

The Annual Election of the Endwell Fire District will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at Station 1, 3508 Country Club Road, Endwell, NY 13760.

Voters will elect:

  • One (1) Fire Commissioner for a five-year term (January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2030)
  • One (1) Fire Commissioner for a three-year term (January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2028)

To be eligible to vote, residents must be registered with the Broome County Board of Elections on or before November 17, 2025, and must have resided within the Fire District for at least 30 days preceding the election.

Candidate petitions must be filed with the Fire District Secretary no later than Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 3:30 p.m.

Please note that no absentee ballots will be accepted for this election.

Endwell Fire District

The Endwell Fire District has been providing fire protection to the businesses and residents of Endwell since 1923.

Located in the community of Endwell, New York, in Broome County, and in the Town of Union, the Endwell Fire District is organized to save lives, suppress and control fires, provide basic / support emergency medical services, fire prevention education, hazardous materials response, water/ice rescue, public assistance during natural emergencies, and other activities as deemed to be in the best interest of the fire department, businesses, and residents of the fire district.
